Location: DWP, 71 Rectory Road, Rushden, Northamptonshire, England, NN10 0AF

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
• Work within a team and use initiative when needed.
• Build positive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
