Job Details

• Position: Cleaning Operative
• Type: Permanent, Part Time
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week
• Pay Rate: £12.21
• Location: BMW Mini Plant, Oxford Eastern Bypass, Cowley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, OX4 6NL

Role Responsibilities

Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all SLAs. Build knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedules, and chemicals used, following Health and Safety requirements. Complete all necessary training. Work within a team and independently, building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible, reliable, honest, self-driven, and professional
