Job summary

ABM is seeking a hardworking cleaner to join our Portsmouth team. The role covers general cleaning of office and welfare areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

You will work 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 17:00–20:00, at a rate of £13.45 per hour, with full uniform and PPE provided. The successful candidate will work independently with excellent attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to follow daily tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
• Must have a valid DBS check and pass 5-year history vetting.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of office and welfare areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning of office and communal areas, litter picking and waste removal.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety directions/requirements.
• Wear provided uniform and PPE at all times.
• Follow daily tasks and processing instructions.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our new team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your duties will involve general cleaning of office and welfare areas. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Tasks involve but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, cleaning of office and communal areas, litter picking and waste removal. Excellent attention to detail and reliability are essential. Training and full uniform will be provided. You will be required to wear your uniform and any appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), at all times. Following all ABM and Client safety directions/ operational requirements.

The hours and shifts will be 15 hours per week over a 5 day shift pattern. Working hours will be 1700 hrs - 2000 hrs.
