Job summary

ABM is hiring a weekend cleaner for Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. You will perform general cleaning of offices and welfare areas, walking between buildings to maintain a clean and safe environment, and handle duties such as dusting, vacuuming, washrooms and kitchen cleaning, as well as litter removal.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused approach. Training and full uniform will be provided, with PPE supplied as required.

SHIFT PATTERN: Weekend only, 15 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.95 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Yourdutieswillinvolvegeneral cleaningofoffice and welfareareas. Youwillbeworkinginsidemajorityofthe timebut walking from building to building will berequired. You willberesponsibleformaintainingacleanandsafeenvironment. Tasksinvolvebutarenot limited todusting, vacuuming,cleaning of washrooms and Kitchen areas,litterpickingandwasteremoval.Youwill beworkingwithotherABMTeam Members. Excellentattentiontodetail andreliability are essential.Trainingandfull uniformwill beprovided.You willbe requiredtowearyour uniform and allappropriatePPE(Personal Protective Equipment),at all times.FollowingallABM andClientsafety directions/ operationalrequirements.

The hours and shifts will be4 hours per dayover a 4-day shift pattern, working on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation.Working hours will beweekday hours 13:00hrs – 17:00hrs. Weekend hours 07:00hrs–11:00hrs.
