Job summary

Kingdom Cleaning is seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaning Operative with Enhanced DBS for Milton Keynes College I.O.T. in MK3. A flexi contract offers around 10 hours per week, with shifts 06:00–08:00 Monday to Friday. DBS with Children's Barred List is required to ensure a safe educational environment.

The role focuses on high-standard cleaning, safety, and hygiene across classrooms, offices, and facilities, with training and development opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all areas within the contract to a high standard.
• Vacuuming carpets and cleaning hard floors, including sweeping and mopping.
• Dusting and wiping surfaces, desks, shelves, and equipment.
• Emptying waste and recycling bins and disposing of rubbish correctly.
• Cleaning internal glass, windows, and doors.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, and washroom facilities.
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
• Cleaning kitchen and staff welfare areas.
• Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas, classrooms, corridors, and break rooms.
• Following all health and safety procedures and site requirements.

Location: Milton Keynes College I.O.T., MK3 6DR
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Average 10 hours per week (Flexi Contract)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 08:00

About the Role

Kingdom Cleaning is looking for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team at Milton Keynes College I.O.T. in MK3.

This is a part-time, flexi contract role where you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors. Due to the nature of the site, an Enhanced DBS with Children's Barred List check will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning all areas within the contract to a high standard
