Kingdom Cleaning is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious client site in London. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily cleaning operations, manages a team, and ensures high standards of hygiene and safety across the site.

You will schedule staff, train new and existing workers, perform quality checks, monitor stock, and liaise with clients. Own transport and basic DBS are required, with early starts and a full-time permanent contract on offer.

Cleaning Supervisor (Full-Time Permanent)

Location: Bank of New York, EC4V 4L

Pay: £16.59 per hour / Monthly Pay

Hours: Monday–Friday, 05:00–14:00 (40 hours per week)

Requirement: Own transport required and Basic DBS essential

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team, and ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key role in delivering a safe, hygienic, and professional environment for all building users.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising cleaning staff and allocating daily tasks
• Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
• Training new and existing staff on procedures, equipment, and health & safety
• Carrying out quality inspections and addressing any issues promptly
• Managing staff schedules, holidays, and absence
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies as required
• Reporting maintenance issues and equipment faults
• Liaising with clients and handling queries professionally
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, cleaning activities, and audits
