Anchor Group Services is hiring two cleaners to join the site cleaning team at Percy Hedley Hub/School in Killingworth. The role is Mon-Fri, 17:00-20:00 (15 hours per week) with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. Overview

An excitingopportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for two experienced cleaners to join the site cleaning team at Percy Hedley Hub/School in Killingworth.

The successfulcandidate will be required to carry out a range of cleaningtasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. Youmust be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, havethe ability to communicate on all levels and provideflexibility to cover additional shifts, as and whenrequired.

Thesuccessful candidate will require enhanced DBS clearance prior to starting.

Duties include:

• Cleaning ofdesignated areas, ensuring the agreed cleaningspecification is completed, as per the siteinstructions
• Emptying of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed ofcorrectly
• Attending to spillages by making sure they are cleaned up, within an efficient timeframe, to prevent accidents and ensure siteand staff safety
• Following H&Sand COSHH regulations
• Use ofsite-specific equipment, machinery and handlingchemicals
