Role Overview

As a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You'll build knowledge of your designated cleaning area, understand when work needs to be carried out, and be familiar with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. Successful completion of all required training is essential. You will work within a team and also be able to work under your own initiative. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement to exceed expectations are key aspects of this role.
