Sasse Limited in High Wycombe is hiring Part-time Cleaning Operatives across multiple sites. You will perform cleaning of communal areas, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and follow digital schedules to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, reliability and a positive, team-minded attitude. Salary is £13.95 per hour for 25 hours per week, with company benefits including a pension, cycle-to-work and access to staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of communal areas inside and outdoor
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in your allocated area
• Empty bins and remove waste; sweep, mop, vacuum and sanitise surfaces
• Follow digital cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
• Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures at all times

Contracted:25 hours per week, Monday- Friday, 8 am – 1 pm

The Role

As a Cleaning operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General cleaning of the communal areas of buildings inside and outdoor
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout your allocated area
• Emptying bins and removing waste
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces
• Following digital cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
• Working safely and following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly with a positive, can-do attitude
• Happy working as part of a team
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Willing to complete an airport security clearance (fully funded by Sasse)
• The role requires a Full UK car driving licence.
