First Essex Buses Ltd in Chelmsford is seeking a Cleaning Operative to keep office spaces and buses clean and safe for employees and customers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 5pm to 1am, 39 hours per week, joining a forward-thinking bus operator focused on safety and reliability.

The role

As a Cleaning Operative at our Chelmsford depot, you'll play a vital role in keeping our office spaces and buses clean and safe, helping us deliver a great experience for our employees and customers every day.

What you'll need

• Cleaning experience with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow
• A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
• Right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence is desired, but not essential
