Job summary

PROPERTY SUPPORT SERVICES UK LIMITED is seeking a Cleaning Operative for Festival Leisure Park, Basildon. You will perform on-site cleaning to set standards, follow safety guidelines and work from the supervisor's schedule.

The role is part-time, 20 hours weekly, with overtime available to cover holidays or sickness. The successful candidate will be flexible, reliable, and professionally presented; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Polite and professional demeanor.
• Experience preferred but full training provided.
• Uniform provided and self-presentation expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
• Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor
• Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly

- Festival Leisure Park, Basildon - External shopping centre

- Thursday 13-17, Friday 13-17, Saturday 13-20, Sunday 07-12

- 20 Hours in total per week

- overtime available for covering site holidays/sickness

- £13.45 per hour

Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines
• Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor
• Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
