Responsibilities

• Lead the Cleaning/Presentation team to maintain a positive working environment.
• Oversee scheduling, tasks and sign-offs for all cleaning duties.
• Drive training and development to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, compliance and brand guidelines.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and staffing levels with transparent reporting.
• Provide leadership during peak times and coordinate with stakeholders.
