Job summary

Wetherby High School in Leeds is seeking a part-time Cleaning Assistant to perform routine cleaning tasks after school hours. You will maintain classroom and bathroom cleanliness, while working with minimal supervision and taking pride in your work.

The school offers training and supports staff well-being; starting salary is £10,519 for 15 hours/week and £14,026 for 20 hours/week, equivalent to £13.45 per hour.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and manage time effectively.

• Daily classroom cleaning.
• Maintaining bathroom cleanliness.
• Mopping and vacuuming.

To enhance our team, we now have a part-time after-school cleaning assistant vacancy and are looking for candidates to undertake routine cleaning operations ensuring that the school is cleaned to a high standard throughout with minimum supervision. You will be a team player who takes pride in their work and ideally has experience and knowledge of cleaning processes and materials and the associated Health & Safety requirements. However, we will provide training and support for the right candidate.
