Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking an Evening Cleaner to join our commercial cleaning teams. Roles involve working in teams of two or three and cleaning schools and commercial premises to high standards.

Hours are approximately 16:30 - 22:30, 3-5 evenings per week. Travel to sites in company vehicles is required, with a full driving licence. Applicants should be reliable, punctual and willing to undergo a DBS check.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams (for Supervisors)
• Carry out general cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, toilets, and communal areas
• Follow cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly
• Drive company vehicles to and from cleaning sites (full driving licence required)
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all sites

Pay Rates (from April):

• Cleaner: £12.71 per hour

Travel Arrangements:

Staff start and finish at the company office and travel to cleaning sites in company vehicles as part of the role.
