Job summary

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a School Cleaner to join Team NPT in Neath. The role is term-time, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm, with an Enhanced DBS check required and full induction provided.

You will join a dedicated cleaning team delivering high standards of cleanliness to support a safe learning environment and pupils' wellbeing.

We are currently looking for a School Cleaner to join Team NPT.

You’ll join our excellent cleaning team that was shortlisted for the Best Service Team category at the prestigious APSE Awards. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school to ensure pupils are able to learn in a clean and safe environment.

Some experience is necessary for the role, but all successful candidates will undergo a full induction and training programme.
