Job summary

Wyken Croft Primary School in Coventry is offering a permanent Cleaner role to commence as soon as possible. We value a clean and welcoming environment for our pupils and families.

You will work with our caretaking and cleaning team to maintain high standards, communicate with staff and pupils, and follow health and safety policies. DBS and safeguarding checks apply as part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Be able to work closely with the caretaking and cleaning team to maintain high standards.
• Be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Be able to maintain a professional manner at all times.
• Be able to ensure that health and safety criteria are followed.
• Experience in working within the cleaning industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with the cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth, positive environment for pupils.
• Communicate effectively with pupils and staff as required.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

Salary Range: £7,316 pro rata based on 12.5hrs p/week TTO

We have a successful and established caretaking team to ensure high standards for all of the school's stakeholders. You will need to;-

• Be able to work closely with our caretaking and cleaning team to ensure that our High standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• Be able to work both as a team but also independently.
• Be able to maintain a professional manner at all times.
• Be able to ensure that health and safety criteria is followed.
