Job summary

Salford City Council is looking for a reliable cleaner to join Citywide Services on a permanent, part-time basis. You will work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, early morning shifts, to keep council buildings clean and welcoming for visitors and staff.

Duties include cleaning, buffing, sweeping and vacuuming, with adherence to health and safety standards. A DBS check is required; the employer offers a competitive rate of pay and benefits such as LGPS pension, cycle to work and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work early morning hours across weekdays.

Working Hours: 10 hours per week , Monday to Friday 6am - 8am

Contract type: Permanent, All year round.

ANNUAL LEAVE MUST BE TAKEN IN SCHOOL CLOSURES
You will clean the building to a high standard ensuring that it is a pleasant environment for visitors and staff. Duties will include cleaning, buffing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning and other general domestic cleaning duties.
