Job summary

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a part-time Cleaner for Pool, Spa and Public Areas. You will perform general cleaning across changing rooms and guest areas, patrol and clean leisure facilities, and welcome guests into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

The role requires adaptability to hot, humid environments and a DBS check before starting. Shifts run between 5:30am and 10:00pm with a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4‑week period; includes alternate weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and awareness of cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic technology literacy (tablets, apps and smartphones).
• DBS check required before starting (we’ll help with that).

Responsibilities

• Clean changing rooms and guest areas.
• Patrol and clean leisure facilities, restaurants, shops and office spaces.
• Welcome guests into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

What you'll be doing

• General cleaning across changing rooms and guest areas
• Patrol and clean leisure facilities, restaurants, shops and office spaces
• Welcome guests into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise
• Work effectively in hot and humid conditions (our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is heated to 29.5°C year-round)

Your working hours

• Part-time contract, shifts fall between 5:30am to 10:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays

About you

• You’ll need to complete aDBS check before starting (we’ll help with that).
