Job summary

Serco Group is seeking a Cleaner to maintain cleanliness of dispersed accommodation properties under the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC). You will travel between sites in a company vehicle and ensure properties are hygienic, safe, and ready for occupancy, while upholding health and safety standards.

Role requires cleaning experience, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently with strong communication.

  • Experience cleaning domestic properties or similar environments.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Good communication and basic IT skills.
  • Reliable and proactive with pride in high standards.
  • Experience cleaning larger or shared households is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Schedule:37.5 hours per week with flexible working hours between 8:00am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

As aCleanerin our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) team, you’ll help ensure that accommodation is clean, safe, and welcoming for people seeking asylum. Your work will directly support individuals and families by maintaining high standards across the properties we manage.

Through our AASC contract, we provide accommodation and support for people while their asylum claims are being processed. What you’ll do as a Cleaner
