Job summary

Norse Cleaning Division is hiring a Cleaner for Norwich Research Park. The role involves basic cleaning tasks on-site to maintain high standards of hygiene and client satisfaction, with responsibilities including mopping, hoovering, wiping surfaces and bin emptying.

You will build relationships with the client, perform routine checks and consistently follow health and safety procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for client on-site interaction.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Cleaner - Norwich Research Park

£12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday 6.45am till 7am.

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will;

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times
• Reporting any issues or defects on site

Our Successful Candidate

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
