Job summary

Norse Group LTD is recruiting a Casual Cleaner to join the Cleaning Division. The position offers £12.71 per hour with casual, flexible hours across Colney. You will clean designated areas, maintain high cleanliness, and support on-site clients with excellent service.

The role requires basic health & safety knowledge, good communication, and the ability to work independently. Weekend enhanced rates and DBS check are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable.

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with our clients in Colney and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a casual basis, between Monday - Friday.

The role:

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will;

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site.
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times.
• Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable.
