Laithes Primary School in Barnsley is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner to join our team after school hours. The role includes cleaning classrooms and facilities with a 10.5-hour weekly schedule, starting at 3:15pm.

We offer training, DBS check funded by the employer, and benefits such as annual leave, pension scheme and sickness cover. Term-time role with some half-term work.

Qualificações

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic site health and safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients on-site.
• Ability to work independently with good organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Clean floors, dust, mop, sweep and vacuum rooms.

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Cleaner atLaithes Primary School

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces,who values responsibility and enjoys working on their own initiative.

You’ll be working 10.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday 2 hours & Thursday to Friday 2.25 hours, with a start time of 3:15pm.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanities stations are full.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site.
• Confident working independently to your own initiative.
• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail.
