Job summary

The Norse Cleaning Division, part of Norse Group LTD, is recruiting a part-time Cleaner for Hillside Primary School in Great Yarmouth. You will carry out basic cleaning duties, maintain designated areas and help ensure health and safety on site, while building a positive relationship with the client.

The position offers a pay of £12.71 per hour for about 10.75 hours per week, with flexible patterns and potential overtime. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with on-site clients.
• Confident working independently.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas (mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins).

Cleaner - Hillside Primary School

£12.71 per hour

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with Hillside Primary School and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part time basis.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will;

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times
• Reporting any issues or defects on site

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
