Job summary

Norse Group LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable Cleaner for Gorleston Library on a part-time basis, 15 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 5:00am to 7:30am. You will be responsible for maintaining clean and orderly spaces and working on your own initiative.

Ideal candidates will have cleaning or caretaking experience, knowledge of basic site health and safety, strong communication skills, and good organisational abilities. An enhanced DBS check will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking preferred.
• Basic site health & safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and on-site relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and rooms: dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming.
• Empty bins, clean restrooms, and restock sanitation stations.
• Build relationships with clients on site.
• Follow health and safety at all times.
• Report defects or damages.

Cleaner - Gorleston Library

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis working 15 hours per week, Monday to Sat 5am - 07:30am

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces,who values responsibility and enjoys working on their own initiative.

Your main duties will be:

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanities stations are full.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
