Job summary

Norse Group is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner to join the Gateway Plaza team in Barnsley. You will maintain clean and orderly spaces, perform basic cleaning tasks, and support site operations on a fixed early-morning schedule.

The role requires independence, attention to detail, and good communication with on-site clients. Training is provided, with entitlement to annual leave and pension, while the employer notes they reserve the right to close the vacancy after sufficient applications.

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Cleaner at Gateway Plaza

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces,who values responsibility and enjoys working on their own initiative.

You’ll be working 12.5 hours per week,Monday to Friday 6:00am - 8:30am.

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanities stations are full.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
