Job summary

Norse Commercial Services Limited is recruiting a part-time Cleaner for Banks House School in Norwich. The role involves basic cleaning duties, maintaining spaces, and supporting a safe, tidy environment after school hours.

You will work 10 hours per week, 3:30-5:30pm, at a rate of £12.71 per hour. Enthusiasm, reliability, and basic health and safety awareness are valued, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Cleaner - Banks House School

£12.71 Per hour

Norse Cleaning Division work in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with Banks House School and we are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part time basis, you'll be required to work 10 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The role

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved. Alongside this you will:

• Cleaning and maintaining designated area's - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
• Building relationships with the client on site
• Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety at all times
• Reporting any issues or defects on site

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside;

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Previous commercial cleaning experience would be desirable
