Job summary

Elior UK is looking for a customer-focused team member to support catering operations and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will follow schedules, support the team, and uphold high standards of service to workplaces across the UK.

With a flexible 5-on, 2-off pattern and 8am–4pm shifts, the role offers an engaging environment with opportunities for development and a supportive, inclusive culture.

• Handle customer complaints professionally according to procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security for clients and Elior UK.

What you’ll be doing…

• To ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned (and cleared where contractually bound) in line with relevant cleaning schedule to Elior UK and client standards
• To ensure COSHH and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
• Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
• To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times

Working Pattern: 5 Days Over 7 | Monday to Sunday 8am - 4pm
