Job summary

Elior UK is seeking a diligent team member to support workplace catering services, ensuring areas are cleaned to company and client standards with strict COSHH and health & safety adherence. You will operate essential equipment, manage complaints professionally, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Working Pattern: As and When Required (Monday to Friday). Job ID: 7206. This role values reliability, teamwork, and a professional, customer‑facing approach within a UK‑wide employer.

Responsibilities

• To ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned in line with relevant cleaning schedule to Elior UK and client standards.
• To ensure COSHH and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
• Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
• To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times.
