Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking reliable cleaners to join our Sunderland team. This permanent, full-time role involves maintaining cleanliness across residential properties and ensuring all tasks are completed to high standards.

The position is based on site with a 37.5 hour workweek and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, toilets, corridors and communal areas; using equipment like vacuums and floor polishers; managing supplies; and reporting any issues to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and machines, such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet cleaners.
• Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks.

Responsibilities
