Job summary

Ver tas is looking for dedicated cleaners to join our Facilities Team at Retford Post-16 Centre, DN22 7EA. You’ll work 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts 06:00–08:30 or 15:30–18:00, 52 weeks a year, helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness across classrooms and communal areas.

The role requires reliability and teamwork. DBS checks and right-to-work verification are part of the recruitment process, with safeguarding considerations for all staff.

About the Role:

Based at Retford Post 16 Centre, DN22 7EA, you will be working 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 06:00 to 08:30 or 15:30 to 18:00, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness to a high standard that meets our standards and delights our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms
• Wiping down tables and surfaces
• General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
• Hoovering and mopping floors
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained

Pay Rate:

£12.71 per hour
