Job Title: Casual/Temporary Cleaning Operative

Role Overview

We are seeking a casual/temporary Cleaning Operative to cover long-term sick leave, with the possibility of leading to permanent employment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day, plus overtime if required.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order to meet all service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Build knowledge of the designated cleaning areas, schedules, and the chemicals and equipment used, following all health and safety requirements.
3. Complete all necessary training to perform the cleaning role effectively.
4. Work collaboratively within a team and independently, building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
5. Seek continuous improvement and strive to exceed expectations.
