Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Cleaner for John Hunt Primary School, Newark, on a 3‑month contract with a local authority. The role is an umbrella arrangement at £16.00 per hour, delivering 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 17:30.

You will clean classrooms, toilets, and communal areas, maintain hygiene, and perform deep cleaning during school holidays as required. An enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK are essential.

Job Purpose

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within a primary school. You will carry out daily cleaning duties across classrooms, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness for pupils and staff.
