Job summary

Sodexo Group in Paisley is seeking a reliable Cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across a busy manufacturing site. The role covers offices, welfare areas, workshops, warehouse areas and cleanrooms, with a shift from Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 9:30pm and a permanent full‑time contract.

You will follow GMP‑like procedures, health and safety rules, COSHH where required, and provide professional service while keeping equipment, supplies and records up to date.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning across offices, workshops, welfare areas and other areas.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies well stocked.
• Provide professional customer service and cover for the team when needed.
• Wear PPE and complete required records and training.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team, helping to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a busy manufacturing site.

This is a varied role covering offices, welfare areas, workshops, warehouse areas and cleanrooms. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic working environment while ensuring all cleaning is completed in line with site procedures, health and safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning and hygiene tasks across offices, workshops, welfare areas, changing rooms and other designated areas
• Maintain excellent hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and site‑specific procedures at all times
• Ensure cleaning equipment, supplies and storage areas are well maintained and fully stocked
• Provide professional customer service and support team cover when required
• Wear appropriate PPE, complete required records and participate in training and development activities
