Job summary

Venture Hotels Marlborough is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to keep our pub, bar, WC’s and external areas spotless for customers. You’ll join a friendly, inclusive team where you can learn and grow.

Shifts are 5 mornings per week (06:00–08:00) including Saturdays and alternate Sundays. We offer a competitive salary, pension contributions and a range of staff perks designed to reward hard work.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Cleaner, you’ll make sure everything in the pub is clean, tidy, and ready for us to welcome our customers. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Qualifications

As a Cleaner, you will...

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following procedures at all times.
• Be responsible for cleaning and presenting our public areas perfectly so they are ready for our customers.
• Make sure the hotel is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll bring…

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• A great eye for detail, making sure our public areas are spotlessly clean.
• A passion for maintaining high standards.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
