Vertas is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our Facilities Team at Brookfield Primary School, Mansfield. The role is 14.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3.21pm–6.15pm, 38 weeks per year, delivering high standards of cleanliness for pupils and staff.

You will work as part of a team, maintain hygiene, and follow safety guidelines. DBS check is required and you must have the right to work in the UK.

About the Role:

Based at Brookfield Primary School, Mansfield, NG2 9AD, you will be working 14.5 Hours per week, Mon - Fri 3.21pm - 6.15pm, 38 weeks per year. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness to a high standard that meets our standards and delights our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms
• Wiping down tables and surfaces
• General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas
• Hoovering and mopping floors
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained

Who are we looking for?

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Enhanced DBS check is required – if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it
• Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting
• A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group
