Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Cleaner. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.

Position: Cleaner

Location: The River Gardens, SE10

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1400

Salary: £16,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Development Details

The River Gardens, elegantly situated on 300 metres of river frontage and set in the heart of royal Greenwich with panoramic city views. The development consists of 620 residential apartments, private gym, swimming pool, car park and Landscaped communal gardens.

The River Gardens is excellently placed and is within easy reach of the whole of London. The Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich DLR is just a 15 minute walk away and from here Canary Wharf can be reached in 13 minutes. Maze Hill mainline station is also just an 8 minute walk with direct trains to London Bridge.

Key Responsibilities And Requirements

As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

• you’ll have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
• You have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
• your team matters to you, you support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• you’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
• you’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
