Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cleaner for a laboratory facility in the UK. You will clean floors, sinks, handwashing stations, ceilings and walls using high reach equipment, handle waste disposal, and maintain office spaces and toilets. Full on-site training will be provided.

Working 30 hours per week, Mon to Fri 6am–12:30pm, with free parking and beverages on site. No prior experience required; comprehensive apprenticeship support and a friendly team environment are included.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is great, but not essential.
• Ability to follow written instructions issued on an electronic device.
• You’re happy working solo or teaming up with others.
• You’re a team player with good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of floors, sinks, handwashing stations, ceilings and walls (using high reach equipment) in laboratory areas.
• Cleaning of corridors and office spaces; replacing consumables (soap, hand towels) and cleaning toilets.
• General Waste disposal; door cleaning; dusting; maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support teams to keep spaces safe through sanitation procedures.
