Job summary

East Riding of Yorkshire Council's St Anne's School in Hessle is seeking a dedicated part-time cleaner to join the school site team. You will help maintain a clean, secure environment for pupils with complex needs and support daily operations.

St Anne's School and Sixth Form College are looking for a part time cleaner to join our dedicated site team. As a school looking after pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs, our committed cleaners work together to ensure the interior buildings of the school are maintained to a high standard, ensuring a clean, secure and safe environment for everyone.

Working as part of our site team, you will be responsible for cleaning an area of the school each day, undertaking a range of tasks. Having a flexible approach is essential and you must be a great team player. We take immense pride in our work and we expect the same of you. Please note this a physically demanding role.

Working hours are 3 per day (Monday - Friday 4.00pm - 7.00pm.

Appointments will be subject to satisfactory disclosures at enhanced level by the Disclosure and Barring Service and other background checks. The School will meet the cost of the Disclosure & Barring Service check, however should you withdraw your application once this is in process you will be required to reimburse this expense to the School.
