Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities, based in Sidcup. You will join our Facilities Management Cleaning Team, ensuring a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors across a residential housing site.

Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses.

Responsibilities

Damp and spot mop, damp dust and polish surfaces.
Clean toilet facilities, replenish toilet paper, soap and towels.
Sanitise touch points such as door handles and push plates.
Remove waste from internal bins in offices and meeting rooms.
Keep tea/coffee points clean and tidy at all times.
Vacuum carpeted areas and mats.

You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based in Sidcup Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to a high standard throughout the Residential housing site. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces, This role is for 30 hours hours per week, working 8AM-2PM, Monday-Friday,

Damp & spot mopping, Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
To keep the tea/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting

Key requirements

Obligation to adhere to safe working practices and ensure due consideration is given to the site staff
Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
