Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cleaner to join a friendly team, delivering clean, safe and welcoming spaces daily. The role offers a stable, full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with no weekend work, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

You will follow safety procedures, use appropriate cleaning methods and PPE, report issues promptly, and contribute to a positive team environment. Training is provided for the right candidate, with real training support and career development

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred; full training provided.
• It is important to maintain a positive and reliable approach to keep spaces clean and welcoming.
• Good timekeeping and a proactive, can-do attitude are required.
• Working Monday to Friday with consistent hours and no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning tasks to a high standard following supervisor instructions.
• Follow all health, safety and cleaning procedures, including COSHH and infection control.
• Use correct cleaning methods and equipment per task guidelines.
• Wear the required uniform and PPE at all times.
• Report faults or damaged equipment to supervision and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Show a positive, reliable approach and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
• Maintain high cleaning standards with attention to detail.
• Work independently while supporting the wider team.

We'relooking for 2 Cleaners to join us on a full-time basis, working Monday toFriday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. What you'll do:

• Complete your daily cleaning tasks to a high standard, following the schedule and instructions provided by your Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all health, safety and cleaning procedures, including COSHH, infection control, security and colour-coding requirements. Full training will be provided.
• Use the correct cleaning methods and equipment for each task, following the relevant cleaning guides and procedures.
• Wear the required uniform and PPE at all times, maintaining a clean, tidy and professional appearance.
• Report any faults, damaged equipment or other issues to your Supervisor or Manager, and be happy to support with other reasonable tasks when required.
  Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A positive and reliable approach, with pride in keeping spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Able to work independently while also being a supportive member of the wider team.
• A willingness to follow health and safety procedures, complete required training and use cleaning products and equipment correctly.

• £12.71per hour
