Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a part-time Cleaner in Branston to maintain clean, welcoming environments across offices, kitchens and meeting rooms. You will ensure supplies are topped up and follow infection control procedures, with full training provided.

You will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–1:00pm, earning £12.71 per hour. Applicants aged 18+ with previous cleaning experience and BPSS clearance support are welcomed.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ and able to provide photo ID.
Experience in cleaning or facilities role preferred.
Willing to undergo BPSS checks and training.

Responsibilities

Keep the site clean and welcoming by completing scheduled cleaning tasks.
Maintain supplies (toilet roll, soap, sanitiser, blue roll) in all areas.
Spot and report equipment or safety issues to Line Manager.
Work as part of a team and cover holidays/absences as needed.

Job description

Keep the site clean and welcoming by completing scheduled cleaning tasks across areas such as kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets and offices.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and make sure essential supplies such as toilet roll, hand soap, sanitiser and blue roll are always topped up.
Work safely and follow all relevant procedures, including infection control, COSHH and security requirements, and wear the correct PPE. Full training will be provided.
Spot and report any issues, such as faulty equipment, safety concerns or anything that needs attention, to your Line Manager.
Work as part of a supportive team by looking after your allocated areas, while being flexible to help in other areas and provide holiday and absence cover when needed.
Pleasenote that this position is subject to an age restriction. Applicants must beaged 18 or over and able to provide valid photographic identification., Experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role, ideally within a corporate office environment.
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Able to work independently and use your own initiative, while also being a supportive team member.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards and following data protection requirements.
Willing to complete any training required for the role, including first aid and security awareness, and able to successfully complete the required BPSS security checks.
