As a Cleaning Operative, you will ensure that equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and the use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals, while adhering to Health and Safety requirements. Successful completion of all required training is essential. You will work within a team and also use your own initiative. Building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service are key, along with seeking continuous improvement and exceeding expectations.
