Overview

This role covers weekend working hours, including 07:00-09:30 on both days and 14:30-18:30 Saturday. There is also the option to work overtime during the week to cover annual leave when available. Responsibilities

Working independently you will provide an efficient cleaning service throughout specific areas designated to you. You will ensure all Health and Safety and group policy and procedures are adhered to and you will be responsible for using chemicals and substances correctly and safely to their correct ratios. At the end of your shift you are responsible for ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored safely ready for the next member of staff. You will report any problems or incidents that may arise and communicate this with the relevant team and take appropriate action as necessary. We follow robust safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring all employees, volunteers and contractors uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and accountability. Our recruitment process includes pre-employment checks, including DBS checks where applicable.

Qualifications

Strong cleaning background with good working knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the safe use of chemicals in the public domain. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload. Professional and friendly representation of Places Leisure at all times.
