Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a reliable Cleaner to perform end-of-tenancy cleans on MOD properties across Catterick and Leeming. The role involves thorough cleaning to a high standard, including ovens, descaling and window cleaning, following COSHH guidelines.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with a company vehicle provided for travel between sites. Benefits include pension, life assurance, 23 days' holiday, and a refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of COSHH and safe cleaning material use.
• Valid UK driving licence held for more than one year.
• Experience with end-of-tenancy cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to return properties to a high standard.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, clean kitchens and bathrooms, wipe surfaces, empty bins.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning, descaling and internal window cleaning.
• Ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and follow COSHH guidelines.
• Work Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

The Role:

CLC, part of Axis CLC, is a national maintenance and refurbishment provider supporting a range of public sector and commercial clients across the UK. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team, carrying out end-of-tenancy cleans on Ministry of Defence (MOD) properties across Catterick and Leeming. The role will involve preparing homes to a high standard ready for new occupants to move in.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.
• Duties include general cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.
• You will also complete deep cleaning tasks including oven cleaning, descaling, internal window cleaning, and removing any built-up dirt or residue.
• Ensuring all areas meet required cleanliness standards, following COSHH guidelines, and always using cleaning products safely.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

About You:

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Flexible and reliable, willing to extend working hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Domestic cleaning experience is preferred.
• A good understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning materials is essential.
• Full Valid Driving licence required for position and must have held UK licence for more than 1 year
