Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to carry out end-of-tenancy cleans on MOD properties, typically 1–2 properties per day in Marham. You will work with a two-person team or independently when needed, performing general and deep cleaning to restore properties to high standards.

Flexible, reliable, and able to extend hours when required, you should have domestic cleaning experience and a solid understanding of COSHH. A full-time, permanent position with benefits is offered.

• Domestic cleaning experience is preferred.
• Understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning materials is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to a high standard.
• General cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping surfaces and emptying bins.
• Deep cleaning tasks: oven cleaning, descaling, internal window cleaning and removing built-up dirt or residue.
• Ensure all areas meet required cleanliness standards and follow COSHH guidelines.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am–4.30pm.

The Role:

As part of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for carrying out end-of-tenancy cleans on MOD properties. You will typically clean 1-2 properties per day, depending on seasonal demand, across Marham.

You will work as part of a team of two, with the ability to work independently when required. Duties will include general cleaning as well as deep cleaning tasks to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out thorough end-of-tenancy cleans to ensure properties are returned to a high standard.
• Duties include general cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.
• You will also complete deep cleaning tasks including oven cleaning, descaling, internal window cleaning, and removing any built-up dirt or residue.
• Ensuring all areas meet required cleanliness standards, following COSHH guidelines, and always using cleaning products safely.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm

About You:

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• A strong team player who contributes positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Flexible and reliable, willing to extend working hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Domestic cleaning experience is preferred.
• A good understanding of COSHH and safe use of cleaning materials is essential.
