Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting cleaners for long-term projects at RAF Brize Norton. You will work on major Ministry of Defence infrastructure, cleaning welfare facilities, offices and site cabins while maintaining high standards throughout the site.

Role offers weekly PAYE pay, night shifts available, and potential to work up to 7 days a week. Security clearance may apply; onboarding and site inductions required before start.

Cleaner – Long-Term Opportunity at RAF Brize Norton

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for experienced Cleaners to join major long-term projects at RAF Brize Norton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the Ministry of Defence's largest infrastructure investments, with work expected to continue well into 2026 and beyond.

Projects include the £9 billion Ministry of Defence housing strategy, delivering 265 new-build military family homes, alongside a major airfield resurfacing and infrastructure upgrade designed to modernise critical facilities and prevent further deterioration of the UK's largest RAF station.

Your Role as a Cleaner:

• Carry out cleaning duties across welfare facilities, offices, site cabins, and communal areas
• Ensure all designated areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures
• Clean and replenish toilets, washrooms, and welfare facilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the site management team
• Follow all site health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Work efficiently as part of the site team to support the smooth running of the project

What We're Looking For as a Cleaner:

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a construction or industrial environment (preferred)
• Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
• Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working within a busy construction environment
• £14.12 per hour (PAYE)
• Weekly pay – reliable and on time
• Long-term ongoing work on nationally significant MOD projects
• Opportunity to work up to 7 days per week
