Cleaning - Birmingham - Garretts Green

We are looking for a female cleaning operative to clean void properties

The job duties and candidates are below and the jobs are working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.

Responsibilities:

* Clean all areas including stairs, landing
* Cleaning of kitchen and bathroom areas
* Sweep and mop floors
* Damp, dust and polish dry all applicable areas.
* Wipe clean all light switches and contact points - handrails / door handles etc
* Spot clean as appropriate all walls.
* Remove any cobwebs.
* Ensuring the property is cleaned to customer specification.

Hours of Work - 40 hours a week, overtime and being on standby is required as and when needed.

The pay rate is up to GBP13.68 per hour

Candidates must have a driving licence and be reliable, hard workers and have cleaning experience
