Job summary

Apleona UK is recruiting a Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across our client sites in Atherstone. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00, with a shift pattern that supports site needs. A clean work ethic and ability to follow site colour coding are essential.

Applicants should have good Maths and English, and access to transport for site attendance. Training will be provided, and we encourage a diverse, inclusive workforce.

  We’re currently looking to recruit a Cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our client’s premises to the highest levels. Your tasks will include general cleaning of the client’s environment using a range of tools and materials to a level in accordance with BICS standards.

  As an Apleona Cleaner, we’re looking for:

  • Excellent customer care skills
  • BICSc qualification (desirable)
  • Access to own transport due to site location
  • Experience working with cleaning industry colour coding
  • Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc
  • Ability to work alone when required
  • Maths and English skills, speaking English to a good standard
