Job Description
Clean Water Network Modellers/Engineers – All levels.
Locations: Cardiff, Belfast, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Epsom, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Peterborough, Warrington.
AtkinsRéalis is a leading name in Water Networks and shaping the future management of water networks in the UK and internationally. Due to growth, we seek to recruit Clean Water Network Modellers/Engineers across our UK offices. These roles offer flexible working from various UK locations. You will join a team of engineers, modellers, GIS specialists, and technicians, working on projects for Water Companies, Local Authorities, developers, and potentially international clients.
The team is part of the Asset Planning & Solutions practice, involved in projects related to water and wastewater, including designing water supply networks, trunk mains, and drainage schemes to improve the environment. Tasks include feasibility studies using computer modelling and analysis to support operational and environmental decisions. If you are an engineer eager to develop broad skills and solve water management challenges, this could be a great career opportunity.
Experience with water network modelling software such as Synergee, InfoWorks, GIS tools like ARC or MapInfo, and civil engineering knowledge is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, computer analysis, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and preparing reports.
Senior roles require: experience in model usage, hydraulic analysis, solution development, and technical leadership.
