As a member of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you'll organize your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning tasks do not interfere with customer experience. You'll use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will be beneficial when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare various areas within our club
• Show care for our customers
• Take pride in your work
• Follow cleaning processes and ensure the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers
• Operate equipment safely, such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners
• Perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning gym areas, changing rooms, showers, poolside, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning
• Work during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
